Love-ly Holiday Memories
Aren’t holidays so much better with little ones?!
Little Miss LOVES holidays and wants to do everything and anything to get in the holiday spirit. She has all sorts of ideas, from all the crafts we see in different stores, to putting lights on our house, with coordinating colors (which we don’t do for all holidays).
We had some plans in mind for our special family Valentine’s Day dinner, but plans changed when I called and the dinner pick-up wouldn’t be ready until about 8:30. After a quick phone call with Scott, we decided we would be going out to dinner. Annabelle was beyond excited when she found out we were eating IN the restaurant and not just taking it home (we obviously don’t eat out all that often, haha).
Almost 9 years ago, Scott and I went on our first date at PF Changs. It was a night that he made special, just for the two of us, and a night I will always remember. Recreating that night, was remarkable, especially when our Little Miss was able to join us.

Everything we have been through this year has been much more than we expected, but it has created a special bond between the three of us. We are grateful for everything we have been blessed with, and this time we get to spend with just Little Miss, we want it to be everything and more. These are the moments that will be unforgettable for all of us and we are doing everything we can to make the most of them.
Having a little one to celebrate the holidays with, makes we want to pack in as much fun as we possibly can. One thing that has been especially fun is preparing valentines for her friends in her preschool class. She and I thought of a few ideas, well I shared a few ideas with her, and in the end we made some Holiday Popcorn to share with her classmates. It was quick, easy and she loved picking out the sprinkles and making the popcorn.
