Funfetti M&M Cookie Inspiration

I can’t take all the credit for these cookies, because I was really inspired by two other incredible bakers. Mandy – Baking with Blondie – created cookies, very similar to these, but made them jumbo size! Try her FUNFETTI M&M CHRISTMAS COOKIES if you’re wanting to really win with a jumbo Christmas cookie. The other baker that helped me create this recipe is Lindsay – A Pinch of Yum – with The Best Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies.

The combination of the soft cookie with all the holiday mix-ins seemed perfect. So, I tried it out and it was a hit. I’ve already made these cookies 3 times this year and I have a feeling I’ll be making it another 1-2 times before the year is over.
